On Raising Interfaith Children with Dr. Susan Burger

On this episode, I interview Dr. Susan Burger, who is a chiropractor, public speaker, and my mother. One of the common themes I explore in this podcast is the “perennial philosophy”; the wisdom that threads itself through all religions and spiritual traditions. This is a curiosity of mine that I owe my mother for. We look back at her experiences with religion and spirituality, and what motivated her to raise my brother and I with and interfaith perspective.

On Parkour as a Spiritual Practice with Patrick Carbajal

On this episode, I have a discussion with Patrick Carbajal on how we view parkour as a spiritual practice. Patrick is a parkour athlete and coach based out of Philly, and we became friends a few years back at a jam back in Philadelphia, when we discovered our similar interests in flow states, psychedelics, meditation, spirituality, and how these things intersect with our parkour practice. Pat is a really insightful guy who has thought deeply on how his parkour practice has benefited him on many levels, and how it can do the same for so many others. Enjoy!
